Sweet Lounge is also a UK VAT Registered Company.
Experience
We have over 6 years experience, setting up for 100's of events each year. Expect only the best customer service with us!
Insurance
We have Public Liability insurance in place for all bookings covering up to 5m. Don't worry our staff are covered too! Up to 10m.
Product Liability is covered up to 5m.
Risk Assessment
All of our hire items have a risk assessment in place. Please contact us if your company or the venue require this.
Health & Safety
We have a health and safety policy in place for each of our items and staff have been fully trained to use our machinery.
Hygiene / Council Environmental Health
We have a rating of 5/5 for our food hygiene status. Our premises has been inspected by our local council and environmental health.
Information on Payment methods
There are a number of ways you can pay for your booking. A booking space/date can only be secured when a payment has been made (Deposit or in full)
- Via BACS / Bank Transfer - You will find all of our details at the bottom of your invoice.
- Via Credit/Debit Card. - Simply call us to make a payment. (This method may incur a small fee)
- Cheque - We only accept Cheques from companies or organisations (such as schools or universities)
- Paypal - Yes! We can send an invoice over paypal.
